For vault wallets, the platform fee is sent as a fast separate SystemProgram.transfer transaction immediately after your main transaction broadcasts — using skipPreflight for instant delivery. Progress is visible in real-time in the terminal output.
For browser wallets (Phantom / Solflare) on buy and sell, the fee instruction is embedded inside the same transaction you sign — your wallet approval screen shows the full transaction including the platform fee transfer.
For browser wallet token launches, the fee instruction is not embedded in the create transaction (the transaction would exceed the 1232-byte Solana packet limit). Instead, if a vanity CA was used, a small follow-up fee transaction is sent after the launch confirms.
Deploy a new token on pump.fun in seconds using Token-2022. Supports optional dev buy, ⚡ instant auto-sell (0s delay, 2M priority fee), creator fee auto-claim, and …cLi vanity contract addresses.
Trade any pump.fun token with full control over slippage, priority fee, Jito tip and MEV protection. Quick preset buttons fire instantly in one click. Supports all wallet types.
Claim SOL earned as a token creator from the pump.fun fee vault. Checks both v1 and v2 programs automatically. Can be triggered automatically after launch + sell via auto-claim.
Generate Solana keypairs ending with any Base58 suffix. The default cLi suffix is served instantly from a server-side pre-mined pool of 30 ready addresses. Custom patterns are mined on-demand.
Launch the same token from multiple vault wallets in sequence with shared metadata. Each wallet does an independent launch + optional auto-sell. Useful for simulating organic buy pressure at launch.
Admins can generate invite codes (PUMP-XXXX-XXXX format), set expiry dates, view all users, and ban/unban accounts. Accessible via the Invite Codes button in the sidebar after admin login.
Scan vault wallets for empty token accounts (balance = 0) and close them to recover the ~0.002 SOL rent deposit in each. Supports raw pasted private keys in addition to vault wallets.
Route SOL from a vault wallet through ChangeNOW's exchange infrastructure, breaking the direct on-chain link to your source. A connected vault wallet is required as the source.
Fully automated cycle: fund wallet → scrape Twitter profile or CA metadata → launch token → wait → sell → claim creator fees → return remaining SOL. Switch between 𝕏 Twitter and 🔗 CA Scrape modes.
Real-time 6-section feed: new tokens, migrations, live trades, hype alerts, volume spikes, and DEX boosts. Tap any section's ⛶ button to go full screen. One-click buy/sell from any card.
Share your invite referral link and earn 30% of all platform fees from referred users — via both invite redemptions and ongoing trade fees. Claimable any time above 0.01 SOL minimum.
Deep-dive any token mint: holder distribution, sniper detection, swap history, and on-chain metadata. Powered by Moralis and DexScreener. Integrated into the Trenches feed for one-click analysis.
Paste any Twitter/X profile URL to auto-populate token metadata. Or use CA Scrape mode to pull name, symbol, image, and socials from an existing on-chain contract address.
The Buy and Sell panels each have a dedicated settings card with separate controls. Values you set are read at trade time and passed directly to the server.
For vault wallets, all settings apply server-side in the transaction build. For browser wallets, slippage, priority fee and Jito tip instructions are embedded into the unsigned transaction the server returns for you to sign.
ComputeBudgetProgram instructions. OFF / LOW / MED / HIGH presets + custom SOL input. When MEV Protection is ON (the default), your transaction is submitted directly to Jito's block-engine instead of the standard Helius RPC endpoint. Jito operates a private transaction pipeline — your tx never enters the public mempool, so MEV bots cannot see it, front-run it, or sandwich it before it lands.
The server tries 5 Jito regional endpoints in order (Mainnet → Amsterdam → Frankfurt → New York → Tokyo), each with an 8-second timeout. If all 5 fail, it falls back to standard Helius broadcast and logs a warning in the terminal.
When MEV Protection is OFF, the transaction is sent via standard RPC broadcast through Helius.
Note: Browser wallet users cannot use private Jito submission because the server does not hold the private key. The Jito tip instruction is still included to incentivise validators, but the tx is broadcast via standard RPC. True private-pipeline MEV protection requires vault wallet mode.
Request an invite code from the admin, or get one via someone's referral link. Codes look like PUMP-X7K2-9M4P. Referral links auto-fill the code for you — just choose a username.
Enter your invite code and choose a display name. Once in the terminal, create a terminal password — this is required every time you launch the terminal. Minimum 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number.
• Browser Wallet — Connect Phantom or Solflare. Transactions are signed in the extension pop-up.
• Vault Wallet — Import a private key. It is AES-256-GCM encrypted client-side — the raw key never leaves your device unencrypted.
Send SOL to your vault wallet address. Use the Private Fund Transfer tab to break the on-chain link between your funding source and your trading wallet.
Go to Scraper → paste a Twitter/X URL or a contract address → click Scrape. Token name, symbol and image will auto-populate the launch form.
Set the token name, symbol (3–6 chars recommended), description, and optional social links. Upload an image (PNG/JPG, square preferred).
Enter the SOL amount for the initial dev buy (0 = no buy). A …cLi vanity contract address is auto-loaded from the server pool. Or generate a custom vanity pattern in the Vanity Generator panel.
Toggle Auto-Sell. Use ⚡ Instant (0s delay) to fire the sell transaction the moment the launch confirms — uses 2M microLamports priority fee for guaranteed next-block landing. Or set a custom delay (5s, 30s, 1m, 5m).
For vault wallets: real-time SSE log streams progress in the terminal. For browser wallets: approve the transaction in your extension.
The Auto Pipeline tab runs the entire workflow hands-free. Choose your scrape mode: 𝕏 Twitter or 🔗 CA Scrape. Add target vault wallets, set SOL amounts, delays and sell %, then click Start Pipeline. The system automatically: funds each wallet → scrapes metadata → launches the token → waits the configured delay → sells → claims creator fees → returns remaining SOL. All without further interaction.
Go to the Referral panel in the terminal → click ↻ Load / Refresh My Stats. Your personal invite referral link appears:
https://pumpcli.app/?ref=PUMP-X7K2-9M4P
When someone visits this link, the invite code is automatically pre-filled in the sign-in form — they just choose a username and they're in. Their session is tagged to your account. Every fee they pay — on launches, trades, claims, and fund transfers — automatically credits 30% to your SOL earnings balance.
Go to the Referral tab in the terminal. Your pending SOL balance is shown in real-time. Once it reaches 0.01 SOL minimum, click Claim Earnings. The SOL is sent directly from the platform fee wallet to your connected wallet address.
Your invite referral link acts as both an access invite (grants entry to the platform) and a SOL earnings link (every trade they make earns you fees for life).
Self-referral is blocked server-side. You cannot earn from your own transactions. Referral attribution persists for the lifetime of the referred account.
By accessing the PUMP CLI terminal or any associated services ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
PUMP CLI is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, wallet funds, or token holdings at any time. Vault wallet private keys are encrypted client-side in your browser using AES-256-GCM before any data is transmitted. The server never returns raw key bytes — all transaction signing happens server-side using the decrypted key, which is held in memory only for the duration of the signing operation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys, vault passwords, and terminal passwords. If you lose these credentials, your funds may be permanently inaccessible. We cannot recover them for you.

Our maximum liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total platform fees you have paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including pump.fun, Helius RPC, Jito block-engine, ChangeNOW, DexScreener, Moralis, and twitterapi.io. Use of these services is subject to their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PUMP CLI.
We collect minimal data required to operate the Service: username, invite code used, IP address for rate limiting and security, and audit logs of transaction actions for platform integrity. We do not sell user data to third parties. Private keys are never transmitted in decrypted form. An account lockout activates after repeated failed terminal password attempts.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
